1. Batch-Wise Production Cycle

Widu Labs products are manufactured in small, dedicated batches (Batch-Wise Production). This means:

• Components are sourced and custom-assembled in specific production sequence periods.
• In the event of a repair or replacement request, solutions will be matched according to the specific assembly metrics of the original production batch to ensure compatibility.

2. Warranty Coverage (3 Months)

We provide a 3-month warranty starting from the day the product is marked as Shipped or delivered to your doorstep. This warranty covers:

• Defective materials or manufacturing craft defects that affect the standard operation of the hardware.
• Internal circuit failure or component malfunction occurring under normal usage conditions.

3. What is Excluded

Our hardware warranty does not cover:

• Accidental drops, physical damage, spills, or exposure to moisture/liquid.
• Attempts to modify, disassemble, or load custom unapproved firmware on the companion processors.
• General wear and tear from daily cosmetic usage.

4. How to Make a Claim

To request support under warranty:

1. Locate your unique Order Reference (e.g. WDU-0002-87301) from your history list or confirmation email.
2. Contact our engineering team directly via WhatsApp by clicking the link in the store footer.
3. Provide a description and picture/video demonstrating the issue. We will repair or coordinate a replacement matching your production batch.
